Frequently Asked Questions

Can I return or exchange my choker?

No, babe. Our policy is firm: all sales are final. Every piece is one-of-a-kind, just like you—and we don’t do take-backs. Choose wisely, wear proudly.

What’s the deal with the materials?

Our chokers are made from thrifted, pre-loved, vintage, and antique elements. Translation? You might see minor imperfections, patina, or personality. We call that character—not a flaw.

What if my order goes missing or gets delayed?

Once your order leaves our hands, it’s in the custody of the postal system. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages.

Our policy: We’ll always provide tracking, but we don’t have a hotline to the mail gods.

What if I have a reaction to a material?

Our pieces are for style, not snacks. (Don’t chew on them. Seriously.)

We use a variety of materials—metal, fabric, hardware, and sometimes antique finishes. We are not liable for any skin reactions, sensitivities, or injuries.  By purchasing, you agree to wear at your own risk.

What if my item arrives damaged?

If it shows up broken—not just vintage—message us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We’ll take it case-by-case.But let’s be clear: “used” doesn’t mean “new,” and buyer’s remorse ≠ damage.

Can I ask questions before I order?

Absolutely. Slide into our DMs or email us if you’re unsure about fit, size, material, etc.  We’re here to help you find the piece. Just don’t come knocking after checkout.

What methods of payments do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, AfterPay, PayPal, Klarna, and Affirm. Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice.
